Just opened at the ending month last year but the Zannier Hotels Bãi San Hô in the French hotel chain of Zannier Hotels has been recognized as one of 69 winners of the year’s top hotel and industry openings by Condé Nast Traveler
Last week, the world-famous travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler announced the Hot List, which comprises the magazine’s picks of the year’s top hotel and industry openings, and Zannier Hotels Bai San is the only representative of Vietnam was named among 69 winners.
Previously, in April, Zannier Hotels Bãi San Hô was also listed as one of the world’s best 2021 new hotels by Travel + Leisure, and as the top 19 most incredible hotels in the world by Hotel Designs.
Some other new hotels in the region that also made it to the list included the Ace Hotel Kyoto (Japan), One&Only Desaru Coast (Malaysia) and Capella Bangkok (Thailand).
Zannier Hotels Bai San is a luxurious 5-star resort positioning in the luxury segment. Located on the coast of Phu Yen and surrounded by lush green hills, this 98-hectare luxury resort consists of traditional and natural material 71 suites and villas with three distinct architectural styles, including the “Hill Pool Villas” are reminiscent of Eden tribes, “Beach Pool Villas” evoke the Cham tribes and the “Paddy Fields Villas”, lying next to the rice paddies, are built on traditional stilts.
The restaurants in the resort, including Bà Hai, Làng Chài and Nhà Ở, also feature Vietnamese cuisine with three unique gastronomy experiences. In addition to the 3 restaurants, the resort also offers two bars, Hoa Sen Spa, a panoramic infinity pool, the fitness room open 24/7, a yoga studio, two tennis courts and a kids club.
After nearly 6 years from scratch, Zannier Hotels Coral Beach was officially open in December 2020 although this was the low tourist season and the international market was still completely halted. Even so, Zannier Hotels Bãi San Hô still achieved an occupancy rate of 19% in the opening month. In January 2021, this rate decreased slightly and then increased again in February.
According to the founder and CEO of Zannier Hotels, Mr. Arnaud Zannier, the luxury resort has received a fair number of reservations for the coming months and is aiming to break even this year.
