The Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) introduced the tourism management platform ezCloud to encourage and support digital transformation of tourism enterprises.
As part of supporting the implementation of National Digital Transformation Programme by 2025 towards 2030, The Computerization Department and The Ministry of Information and Communications have selected and sponsored ezCloud as a technology platform that helps tourism enterprises for their business operations.
The ezCloud platform provides solutions for the operation, distribution and sales in tourism sector, focusing on hospitality and entertainment. ezCloud’s solutions support hotel operations management with tools to help monitor and synchronize room availability, reservations on multiple channels, and complying with international hotel management standards. Data on the platform is synchronized and updated in real time and can be integrated on many different devices.
In the launching ceremony in Ha Noi on 11th December, MIC Deputy Minister Nguyen Huy Dung proposed that the MIC’s Computerization Department should work closely alongside the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism to inform travel firms about the ezCloud platform.
EzCloud platform is present in 5 countries with more than 6,000 customers across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
