Recently, the extended reality (XR) experience and e-ticket system were officially launched in Hue Imperial city by Hue Monuments Conservation Centre.
From December 20, visitors can buy tickets to visit the complex of Hue Monuments through the electronic ticket systems and experience the place with XR technology.

Experience XR technology with “Finding the lost Royal Palace” is conducted by IV COM Co., Ltd in collaboration with Korean partner Underdog Studio Company. The project works under the supervision of the Hue Monuments Conservation Centre. Visitors will experience a simulated view of the Hue Imperial Palace. Besides, they can travel through time to admire the Hue Imperial Palace of 200 years ago through XR simulation services of spacecraft, XR lighthouse, XR telescope, XR tomb of Khai Dinh, etc.

In addition, the electronic ticket system is also one of the key projects of the Digital Transformation Project. This project ensures the integrated information, data, and multi-service system infrastructure on the digital platform of the Hue Monuments Conservation Center.
The electronic ticket system helps tourists and residents to convert ticket purchase methods conveniently and make non-cash payments. Moreover, the system significantly improves the operation process, speeds up transactions, and enhances customer service.
According to Hoang Viet Trung, Director of the Center for Conservation of Hue Monuments, the analysis and synthesis of data from the e-ticket system allow it to predict trends, increase management efficiency and encourage digital transformation in tourism.
