InterContinental Hotels Group plans to launch its voco brand in Vietnam next year, which also marks its first property under the upscale brand in Southeast Asia.
According to InterContinental Hotels Group’s (IHG) press release on December 15, the group will officially expand its luxury brand voco to Vietnam market by 2021 through a partnership with Tuyet Lien Son Co. Ltd. to open voco Ma Belle Danang hotel.
In the final completion process, voco Ma Bella Danang Hotel is ideally located next to Da Nang beachfront, just 1.5 km from the city center and 5 km from Danang International Airport. voco Ma Belle voco will also become the first property of the upscale brand of voco in the Southeast Asian market.
The new voco hotel consists of 290 rooms, designed in a color palette of yellow, teal and gray and the “Me Time” concept with premium beds, innovative lighting and user-friendly technology along with indulgent amenities. There is also a rooftop bar with a panoramic view of both the ocean and the urban landscape, an infinity pools and a DJ booth.
Other facilities at Ma Belle Danang include an all-day dining restaurant serving local cuisine, an extensive range of residential-style meeting facilities with views of the coastline, a gym and spa.

The voco brand was first launched by InterContinental in 2018 with 16 properties and currently has expanded to 35 properties worldwide.
