Mr. Tran Duy Hung, General Director of Viet Beach, said that Gozo Brew House was built with unique Vietnamese bamboo architecture, has an area of more than 1,900 square meters and is located by Tuy Hoa beach. The restaurant’s design simulates a kite catching the wind and is placed in the center of the Stelia Beach Resort with the highlight of the round leaf roof surrounding the koi pond.
More than 40,000 nulgar bamboo trees and tens of thousands of nipa leaves help the roof of the restaurant to be both flexible and solid. The interior is made of wood, rattan and bamboo with the main colors including terracotta, blue and navy, decorated in a rustic but still very delicate style.
