Celebrate Father’s Day with Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

On Father’s Day (June 19, 2022), Four Seasons Hotel Singapore’s restaurants will treat diners with sumptuous feasts prepared by culinary masters.

Going to One-Ninety restaurant from 12pm to 3pm on June 19, guests can enjoy a lot of seafood such as fresh Maine lobster, tiger prawns, king crab, fresh tuna, hamachi and salmon, with salad, cold cuts and charcuterie. Besides, there are attractive appetizers like poached white asparagus and truffle, seared tuna loin in jalapeño sauce, hamachi crudo, fresh burrata and more.

Diners can also choose an entrée with unlimited servings including applewood-roasted Peking duck carved à la minute, Mediterranean baked king salmon, roasted pork leg with honey mustard sauce and Italian braised milk fed veal shank osso bucco.

To round up the celebration, One-Ninety serves 15 types of cheese, wine, cocktails and desserts such as chocolate caramel trifle to elegant yamazaki whiskey chocolate tart, espresso puff, gluten-free chocolate truffle cake, quinoa cookie with goji berry, oatmeal cookies, etc.

At Jiang-Nan Chun restaurant, let’s begin with a trio platter of chilled shredded fish maw with garden lettuce, baked oyster with XO brandy sauce and crispy pork belly. Next, savor the goodness of double-boiled black chicken soup with deer tendon and chinese herbs, before enjoying braised Boston lobster with lemongrass and white wine sauce, braised beef rib with onions, leeks and scallions, kai lan with dried shrimp paste and fried rice with minced beef. The last is boiled hashima with red dates and lotus seeds.

If you want to treat your dad at home, you can have it delivered to your door. A meal for 6-8 people includes braised wagyu beef ribs with root vegetables and mousseline potatoes and slow baked Scottish salmon filet with whole grain mustard accompanied by roasted potatoes and vegetables, fresh seafood salad with citrus and avocado salad with mixed cresses and miso dressing, chocolate and salted caramel tart with whiskey.
